Description
The Geothermal Wells are based of of the old world Icelandic Geothermal plants back on Earth. As soon as they dropped onto Minos, they began creating a replica of the past, to create energy for the future. The wells are mostly underground, mile long metal shafts tapping into the hot core under neath the ice. However on the sides of the Pwyll crater are the actual plants themselves. Sticking out of the walls of the crater is the main facility, which looks much like one of those art deco weird cliffside modern houses. Here, space is a concern so building up the walls of the crater was actually reasonable. Inside is a help desk for tours to come through, and then the facility digs deep into the ice and rock to show the massive turbines being spun by hot stream that create the majority of the energy for Minos.
